Meet the Team of SOC Chiropractic

Dr. Nova Chauvin

Dr. Chauvin graduated with honors from Texas Chiropractic College in April 2011 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. While in attendance at TCC she was a member of the Omega Psi honors society and was published repeatedly in the National Dean’s List and Who’s Who among Students. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology in August 2010 from TCC. Prior to beginning the doctorate program, Dr. Chauvin was a licensed massage therapist from 2003 to 2010, which motivated her decision to become a doctor of chiropractic. Dr. Chauvin is committed to helping people realize their full potential in health and wellness. Being a triathlete, runner, and 6 time Ironman triathlon finisher, Dr. Chauvin specializes in chiropractic sports medicine, as well as Geriatric, Pediatric, and Wellness Care.

Doctors of Chiropractic use many different techniques and have different physiological and philosophical approaches in the restoration and maintenance of health. Dr. Chauvin uses the Gonstead Method of adjusting the spine and extremities.

Dr. David J. Davis

Dr. Davis graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in August of 2014, as class Salutatorian. Prior to this, he attained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 1998, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation in 1999. For thirteen years he worked as an independent strength coach, developing the abilities of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. His admiration of the human potential, and the desire to influence its limitations were the impetus to become a neuromusculoskeletal  specialist. Through chiropractic, Dr. Davis aims to improve the community’s life quality.
